Cheerz is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Zero tolerance policy
Cheerz strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
Prohibited content and behavior includes:
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Grooming or attempting to exploit a child
- Sextortion, threats, coercion, or blackmail involving minors
- Trafficking or solicitation involving minors
- Any attempt to evade detection or moderation related to child safety
Reporting and enforcement
Users can report unsafe users, messages, posts, reels, stories, comments, or other content in the Cheerz app. Reports are reviewed and action may include content removal, account restriction, account termination, and reporting to appropriate regional or national authorities where required by law.
CSAM handling
If Cheerz obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity, we will take appropriate action, including removing the content, disabling involved accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
